The Rolex Advisor focuses on delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships by listening to client needs and providing expert product knowledge about timepieces and jewelry. They present products with storytelling and technical detail, maintain showroom standards, and support the client experience through hospitality and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver established client experience measures and showroom hospitality
• Present products confidently using storytelling and technical knowledge
• Build maintain and develop clientele using company CRM
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Use company systems hardware and software and complete administrative tasks
• Handle client repairs intake and delivery when required
• Support team members and hand off clients as needed
• Adhere to dress code and meet KPIs including business related travel when required

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
• Excellent client service selling and interpersonal skills
• Strong storytelling ability and passion for timepieces or jewelry
• Organizational multitasking skills and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Computer literate with MS Office
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages when required
