Rolex Manager - Aventura Mall

Summary

The Rolex Manager is responsible for creating and managing the Rolex experience across official Rolex Jeweler locations. The role works with showroom management and Rolex to improve the in-showroom, online, and follow-up client journey.

Responsibilities

• Improve the Rolex client experience across showroom, online, and follow-up interactions.
• Collaborate with showroom management and Rolex to define resources, programs, and expectations.
• Coordinate with retail and corporate team members to create a smooth client journey.
• Create and implement processes to support an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or a related field.
• Understanding of luxury experiences, timepieces, and jewelry.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving ability, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Availability to work showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, and ability to stand for extended periods.
