Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Admin at our Atlanta location, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by managing backend processes. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager or Store Director to ensure smooth sales support and back-office management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct daily sales reconciliations.
  • Support in-store After Sales Service activities.
  • Assist the Sales team during transactions as needed.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective ordering of supplies.
  • Handle IT and store maintenance requests for swift resolutions.
  • Aid in visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Contribute to special projects, ensuring each initiative is unique and effective.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Customer-centric approach with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative thinking and detail-oriented organizational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and initiative-driven approach.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn store operation software.
