Summary
Support Travel Retail Americas Key Account Managers from Miami by providing sales analysis, client deliverables, pricing and assortment support, and coordination with Customer Service and Field Supervisors to ensure timely order processing and successful promotional execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit files for assortment, novelty introduction, pricing implementation, and product information following client formats.
- Support Key Account Managers with monthly sell-out and sell-in analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure client orders are processed, delivered, and tracked including purchase orders and payments.
- Manage client product and media requests including samples, pre-series, and pack shots.
- Support pricing process and use pricing tools as directed by Key Account Managers.
- Maintain communication with key clients to ensure proper assortment implementation and client satisfaction.
- Compile investments reports for promotional staff, rentals, decoration, GWP, and sampling in a common database.
- Analyze sales results and ROI of marketing activities and support planning for next year initiatives.
- Act as main contact with Field Supervisors for animation and launch plans and manage allocated budget for sales incentives.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in luxury and or beauty industry preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact across departments.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to support sales analysis and ROI evaluation.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and cross functional coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
