- Provide excellent client experience with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony according to the brand’s policy.
- Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform targeted follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to generate traffic and brand exposure.
- Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to Management.
- Partner with Management to support in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Adhere to social media guidelines and communications policies.
- Maintain professional attire and language within the boutique.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in the timepiece-related field.
- Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
- Availability and flexibility to work according to the Boutique schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel software.
- Secondary language is a plus.
