- Consistently achieve and/or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony professionally according to the brand’s policy.
- Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform targeted follow-up to generate product selling opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to generate traffic and brand exposure.
- Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS messaging.
- Maintain a precise and efficient business schedule, including tasks, appointments, and continued learning.
- Analyze client data to generate sales and capture consistent, accurate client data.
- Resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management.
- Partner with Management to support in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Represent the brand in a polite and professional manner according to official guidelines.
- Adhere to social media guidelines and communications policies.
- Maintain presentable and professional attire and language within the boutique.
Requirements- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and understanding of luxury client experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of prior work experience in the timepiece-related field.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability and flexibility to work according to the changing boutique schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel software.
- Secondary language is a plus.
