Summary
Provide an extraordinary luxury client experience as a Sales Advisor, driving sales and clienteling to achieve individual and store targets. Report to the Store Manager and act as a brand ambassador while supporting bespoke services and visual standards. Maintain strong relationships with customers and collaborate with store colleagues to maximize customer retention and acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop positive relationships with customers from first contact to farewell
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals and accomplish store objectives
- Use the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the customer base
- Gather market information on trends and competitors and share insights
- Implement stock procedures and update inventory knowledge
- Open and close the store and maintain visual and bespoke merchandising standards
- Work closely with the tailor and manage in-store events and VIP services
- Reinforce bespoke training and maintain housekeeping in the bespoke area
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion
- MTM specialization is a plus
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Flexible to work in a multicultural context and proactive
- Self-development attitude and sense of ownership
- Able to be on the sales floor for extended periods
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month plus inventory and holiday season
