Summary

As a Sales Advisor you will be the core of the brand, building lasting client relationships through warm and authentic service, delivering personalized luxury experiences and working to exceed client expectations while upholding brand image and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver authentic, flexible and personalized customer service to optimize the client experience
• Develop and maintain high product knowledge and sales skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Work toward personal and store performance objectives
• Participate in daily back-of-house operations including alterations and hold reviews
• Maintain current merchandising standards and uphold visual guidelines
• Ensure high standards in sales and after-sales service including accurate data capture and timely follow up
• Present a professional ambassadorial image through impeccable appearance and etiquette

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer service role
• Proven ability to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Ability to perform in a fast paced retail environment
