Sales Ambassador - Concierge

Summary

Part Time Sales Ambassador Concierge role focused on delivering exceptional customer service at checkout and throughout the store. The position supports transaction processing, maintains the cashwrap area, and assists in driving sales through product knowledge and upselling. This role may be offered full-time or part-time depending on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming customer experiences and provide product information
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Process sales transactions accurately across payment types
• Validate and process returns and manage promotional redemptions
• Execute Ship to Home orders and maintain customer profiles in POS
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cash wrap and queue areas
• Support visual merchandising and capture reticket information
• Collaborate with team and provide feedback to management

Requirements

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to operate register and perform standing and walking for multiple hours
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Willingness to complete company trainings and support hiring efforts
