Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations
- Drive sales by supporting team achievement of monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Utilize digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors
- Maintain store visual standards and execute company merchandising guidelines
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs
- Support talent sourcing and networking to find top candidates
Requirements
- Retail or sales experience in a high volume or specialty environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock, dressing room, cashwrap, and office
