Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations based on product knowledge
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling tools
- Drive sales and meet individual and team performance goals
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors
- Capture customer data in CRM to support clienteling initiatives
- Participate in store and community initiatives and support visual merchandising standards
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team
