Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service, personalized styling, and detailed product recommendations.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, client outreach, digital tools, and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, support training, and contribute to talent sourcing.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and support company and community initiatives.
• Use customer relationship management tools to capture customer data and build client relationships.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, high-profile, or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital sales tools and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
