Sales Ambassador

Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling on the sales floor while driving individual and team sales performance. Use clienteling and digital tools to build lasting client relationships and support store initiatives. This role supports coaching, visual standards, and talent sourcing to contribute to overall team success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored customer service by understanding needs, showcasing product knowledge, and providing styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual KPIs and contribute to team sales plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support training, and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and assist with sourcing and recruiting talent.
• Adapt selling approach for remote and in-person customers.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating a register and using digital tools; ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
