Sales Ambassador

Summary

Part time Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in store experiences while meeting sales goals and representing the brand with professionalism. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, promoting product knowledge across the catalog, and supporting store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to needs, and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, and promoting key product pillars.
• Utilize technology and virtual selling to engage clients and expand business.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress and grooming standards.
• Assist with inventory, special events, merchandising, and store projects.
• Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.
• Operate register and maintain presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with store management, peers, and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure, customer facing environment.
• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with retail systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and safely use ladders as trained.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for the brand and selling.
