Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to needs, and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, and promoting key product pillars.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to engage clients and expand business.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow dress and grooming standards.
- Assist with inventory, special events, merchandising, and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.
- Operate register and maintain presence on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers, and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure, customer facing environment.
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with retail systems preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and safely use ladders as trained.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Positive, proactive mindset with a passion for the brand and selling.
