Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and outreach.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Support talent sourcing and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-volume or specialty environment.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to follow company policies and maintain a professional work environment.
