Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive personal sales and support team achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company guidelines for presentation.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Assist with sourcing and recommending talent to support store hiring.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and store operations.
- Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities and customer needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Comfort operating register and standing or walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
