Summary

Sales Ambassadors create personalized lifestyle experiences for customers through product expertise, thoughtful styling, and relationship building. The role supports individual and store sales goals while maintaining Ralph Lauren's service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Build customer relationships through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team success.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, support training, and participate in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, provide feedback on category needs, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools to sell is preferred.
