Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive service, understand customer needs, and provide tailored product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team targets.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, contribute to training and store initiatives, and maintain visual standards.
• Capture customer data, provide feedback to management, and help attract talent through networking.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends; experience with digital selling tools is preferred.
