Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of performance goals.
• Build customer relationships and support team members through coaching and collaboration.
• Maintain store visual standards, participate in initiatives and training, and provide feedback to management.
• Support a positive, inclusive work environment and help identify potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
