Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product information.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet individual performance goals and support team sales plans and initiatives.
• Coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Capture customer data, provide feedback to management, and participate in community outreach and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
