Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
- Develop personal business growth through outreach and clienteling.
- Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for the store.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company values.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and move for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
- Comfort working on the sales floor, stock areas, and dressing rooms.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
