The Sales Ambassador curates exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients through personalized service, strong product knowledge, and clienteling to drive sales and support store standards. This role supports team performance, coaches brand ambassadors, and fosters customer relationships while representing the Ralph Lauren brand on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach and digital clienteling
- Support team achievement of sales plans and meet individual performance metrics
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling
- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising guidelines
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience
- Assist in sourcing and identifying top talent for the store
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred
- Ability to perform duties around stock, dressing room, cashwrap, and office areas
