Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Help coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in training and store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Build customer relationships and support community outreach and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
