The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds lasting customer relationships, drives sales performance, and supports a cohesive, high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Achieve individual sales goals and support the team in meeting store sales plans.
• Build customer relationships, capture client information, and adapt service to remote and in-person interactions.
• Help coach colleagues, support team training, and contribute to talent sourcing.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience using digital tools for selling is preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
