Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and support store initiatives and community outreach.
• Build customer relationships and provide management with feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer selling and clienteling is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
