• Drive sales achievement by supporting team in achieving sales plans and upholding brand standards.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors.
• Develop genuine connections with customers and align product recommendations with their preferences.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support business initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards and support a professional work environment.
• Engage in networking and sourcing talent to support the store and team.

• 2+ years of sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and work with chemicals.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with digital sales tools preferred.
