Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Build lasting client relationships through outreach, CRM tools, and digital clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and individual performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to store initiatives and a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools, operate a register, and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
