Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations while meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Grow business through client outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, digital tools, and customer relationship management.
• Coach and support colleagues, contribute to team training and talent sourcing, and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and participate in company and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital selling tools, operate a register, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
