The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and helps maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful customer service, personalized styling, and detailed product recommendations.
• Grow personal sales through wardrobe building, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team success and coaching Brand Ambassadors.
• Use customer relationship management tools to capture client data and support business initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and coworker relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling with digital tools is preferred.
