The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences for customers through personalized service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations. The role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales goals, and supports a positive, high-performing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, product recommendations, and styling guidance.
• Build client relationships through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and talent sourcing.
• Maintain store visual standards, follow company policies, and participate in store initiatives.
• Share feedback with management about category opportunities and business needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer engagement and sales.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and move throughout the store.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.
