The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports an inclusive, high-performing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors on customer service and relationship-building behaviors.
• Use customer relationship management tools to capture client data and support business initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives and training, and provide feedback to management.
• Build positive working relationships and help identify and engage prospective talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends based on business needs.
