The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports the store's standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized service, product recommendations, and styling advice.
• Build client relationships through outreach, clienteling, CRM tools, and digital selling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, contribute to training, and help identify talent.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and support a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to use digital tools for selling preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for multiple hours, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
