The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, thoughtful styling, and detailed product knowledge. This part-time role builds client relationships, drives individual sales performance, and contributes to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and product expertise.
• Grow individual business through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and participate in community and company initiatives.
• Support and coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and provide feedback to management.
• Help identify and engage potential talent while contributing to team training.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive customer and coworker relationships.
• Ability to use digital sales tools, operate a register, and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
