The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales performance, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Grow personal sales through client outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team results.
• Build customer relationships, capture client information, and adapt service to customer preferences.
• Help coach colleagues, support training and talent sourcing, and participate in store initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
