Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences by providing personalized service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports an inclusive, high-performing store environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer thoughtful product recommendations, styling, and comprehensive wardrobing.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, clienteling, and digital tools while meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and adapt service to remote and in-person interactions.
• Support and coach colleagues, participate in training and community initiatives, and help identify talent.
• Maintain store visual standards, follow company policies, and share feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends based on business needs.
