Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal business through outreach, wardrobing, digital tools, and clienteling.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team results.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools to support customer sales and clienteling.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb moderately, and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible availability for business needs, including days, evenings, and weekends.
