Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Drive individual sales by meeting Key Performance Indicators and supporting team sales plans.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards and apply company visual guidelines.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and talent sourcing.
- Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate cash register and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor stock dressing room cashwrap and office areas.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
