The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge.
• Grow personal business through client outreach, wardrobing, digital tools, and CRM data capture.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales plans and store initiatives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors in customer service and relationship-building behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards, balance tasks, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
• Support team training, community outreach, and talent networking activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
