Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and styling recommendations. This role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports a positive, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Build business through client outreach, digital tools, and customer relationship management.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues, maintain store visual standards, and contribute to training and store initiatives.
• Balance store tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and providing feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Experience selling with digital tools preferred.
