The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
• Grow personal business through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team success.
• Coach colleagues on customer-focused behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
• Support a positive team environment, training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Comfort using digital tools to support customer sales and clienteling.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
