Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and detailed product knowledge.
• Build business through client outreach, wardrobing, digital tools, and customer relationship management.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals while supporting team sales plans.
• Coach colleagues in customer-focused behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain visual standards, support store initiatives and training, and share category feedback with management.
• Contribute to a professional, inclusive team environment and assist with talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use digital tools for customer interactions and sales.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
