Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives sales results, and supports the store team in maintaining Ralph Lauren standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow personal sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and comprehensive wardrobing.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals while supporting team objectives.
• Build customer relationships, capture client data, and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Maintain visual standards, support team training, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide feedback to management and help identify and engage potential talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
