Sales Ambassador

Summary

Support store leadership by driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. Lead by example on the sales floor, coach team members, and help execute daily business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and support the sales team, setting goals and monitoring sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling, deliver a consistent brand experience, and support complaint resolution.
• Execute sales events and promotional activities, communicate business performance, and identify product opportunities.
• Support inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, recruitment, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or related experience and business acumen.
• Strong communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift or climb as needed.
