Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and clienteling.
• Grow personal sales through outreach, comprehensive wardrobing, and digital tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors and contribute to customer relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and provide feedback on category opportunities.
• Support store initiatives, team training, community outreach, and talent sourcing.
• Prioritize customer experience while collaborating with colleagues and upholding company policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Digital selling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
