Sales Ambassadors create personalized lifestyle experiences by understanding customer needs and sharing detailed product knowledge. They build lasting client relationships, grow individual sales, and support the success of the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful service, styling recommendations, and product guidance tailored to customer preferences.
• Drive sales through clienteling, outreach, digital tools, and achievement of individual performance goals.
• Coach team members, support store initiatives, and help identify and engage potential talent.
• Maintain visual standards, contribute to a positive team environment, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling with digital tools is preferred.
