Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers personalized customer experiences and helps clients discover the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. This role builds client relationships, supports sales goals, and contributes to a positive and polished store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
• Build and grow client relationships using outreach, CRM tools, and digital resources.
• Meet individual sales goals and support team performance and store initiatives.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, maintain visual standards, and support team training and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, complex, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate a register, work on the sales floor for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends; digital selling experience is preferred.
