Sales Ambassadors create personalized lifestyle experiences, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to store sales goals. They provide thoughtful styling recommendations and use product knowledge and digital tools to support clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product and styling recommendations.
• Grow individual business through wardrobing, client outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance indicators while supporting team objectives.
• Coach colleagues, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Capture meaningful customer data, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort using digital tools for customer sales and relationship management is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 pounds.
