The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role supports individual and team sales goals while building lasting client relationships and contributing to store standards and team success.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service, personalized styling, and detailed product recommendations.
• Grow sales through client outreach, wardrobing, digital tools, and consistent achievement of individual performance goals.
• Build customer relationships using CRM tools and capture meaningful client data.
• Support team members through coaching, training, talent networking, and collaboration.
• Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and participate in company and community initiatives.
• Share feedback with management on category opportunities and needs.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Digital sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
