Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting client relationships while representing a premium lifestyle brand. This role supports sales goals through personalized styling, clienteling, and by mentoring brand ambassadors to maintain high standards across the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools.
• Support team sales targets and collaborate to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
• Support talent sourcing and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Willingness to participate in team training and support company initiatives.
