Job Description

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Ralph Lauren lifestyle through personalized styling, clienteling, and strong product knowledge. The role supports sales goals, coaches brand ambassadors, and contributes to store standards and initiatives while developing client relationships and pursuing growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations
  • Drive sales and support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
  • Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools
  • Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling
  • Maintain store visual standards and follow company visual guidelines
  • Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach
  • Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Support hiring efforts through networking and talent sourcing

Requirements

  • Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
  • Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours and maneuver the sales floor
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and uphold company policies and values
