Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations
- Drive sales and support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
- Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing, outreach, and digital clienteling tools
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors
- Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling
- Maintain store visual standards and follow company visual guidelines
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Support hiring efforts through networking and talent sourcing
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours and maneuver the sales floor
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and uphold company policies and values
